Mr. Patankar is a senior mining executive with an extensive public company leadership, investment banking and capital markets background and a diverse financial, technical, and strategic skill set. He is currently President, CEO & Director of Maple Gold Mines Ltd. (TSX-V: MGM), after having served as the company's CFO from 2022-2023 and its SVP, Growth Strategy from 2021-2022. He has been an Independent Director of Onyx Gold Corp. (TSX-V: ONYX) since 2023. Mr. Patankar was previously President, CEO & Director of two TSX-V listed gold exploration and development companies, where he led growth initiatives and orchestrated successful company turnarounds. As an investment banker with leading Canadian and global financial institutions, he worked exclusively with mining companies on strategic corporate matters and executed M&A and corporate finance transactions totaling more than C$3 billion in value. Mr. Patankar holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.

Nick Furber, CA (ICAEW), CFA is senior financial professional with over 25 years of experience providing consulting, management and financial advisory services for private and publicly traded companies, primarily focused in the mining industry. This included 10 years as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Dynasty Metals & Mining Inc. ("Dynasty") when Dynasty evolved from gold exploration into a producer listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. Furber also brings over 10 years of accounting, mergers & acquisitions, valuations and due diligence experience in a variety of industries gained while working at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Furber was educated in the United Kingdom and has his Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and Chartered Financial Analyst designations

Wilma Lee, Acc. Dir. is a senior corporate governance and compliance executive with deep experience across legal, private, and public company sectors. As Chief Governance & Compliance Officer at Maple Gold Mines Ltd. (TSX-V: MGM), she oversees regulatory compliance, board operations, corporate governance, and HR, while also managing office infrastructure and supporting operational efficiency at the company’s exploration site. Ms. Lee works closely with external counsel on legal, financial, and employment matters, and her leadership has supported strategic growth, corporate transactions, and board decision-making at Maple Gold and, previously, at TSX- and TSXV-listed companies including China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd., Goldcorp Inc., and Alterra Power Corp.

IAN CUNNINGHAM DUNLOP, P.Eng.

VICE PRESIDENT, TECHNICAL SERVICES

Ian Cunningham-Dunlop, P.Eng. has a proven discovery track record and an excellent familiarity with Archean lode gold systems from work throughout Ontario, Québec, and West Africa. He currently serves as Executive Vice President with Onyx Gold and his extensive exploration and project management experience also includes HighGold Mining's Johnson Tract (Au-Zn-Cu-Ag-Pb) project in Alaska, NewCastle Gold's Castle Mountain gold project in California, True Gold Mining's Karma gold mine in Burkina Faso, Fronteer Gold's Long Canyon gold mine in Nevada and Agi Dagi/Kirazli/Halilaga/TV Tower gold and gold-copper projects in Turkey, and Aurora Energy's Michelin uranium deposit in Labrador. Mr. Cunningham-Dunlop also led the exploration team at Homestake Mining's/Barrick Gold's Eskay Creek (Au-Ag-Cu-Pb-Zn) mine in British Columbia from 1997-2003 where he was awarded the B.C. & Yukon Chamber of Mines E.A. Scholz Award in October 2003 for "Outstanding Contribution to a Mining Development Project in B.C. and the Yukon". He holds a B.Sc. in Geological Engineering from Queen's University and is a Qualified Person under NI43-101.
